Golden Aluminum
Fort Lupton, Colorado
Golden Aluminum’s manufacturing facility consists of a fully integrated aluminum sheet mill located in Ft. Lupton, Colorado. It was originally built by Coors in the 1980s to demonstrate that beer cans could be recycled into beer cans. It continues to produce aluminum sheet for the packaging industry using high recycled content alloys largely sourced from used beverage containers. Lorentzen principals together with co-investors acquired Golden Aluminum from a public company in 2004.
Mayco Industries

Mayco Industries is the largest, most diversified manufacturer of lead-based products in the United States. The markets it serves include roofing and plumbing, radiation, ballast and weights, and ammunition. Lorentzen together with co-investors acquired Mayco in 2014.
Dedoes Industries
Walled Lake, Michigan
Dedoes Industries is the North American leader in the design and manufacturing of equipment that supports the automotive refinish market. The company’s products are used by auto refinish shops to mix, shake, proportion, formulate, cure and store both water and solvent based paint. Lorentzen together with co-investors acquired Dedoes in 2016.
Boccella Precast
Berlin, New Jersey
Boccella Precast is a precast concrete company that designs, manufactures, transports and erects precast and pre-stressed concrete products primarily for the residential construction industry in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Lorentzen together with co-investors acquired Boccella in 2017.
Metaltec Steel Abrasives
Canton, Michigan
Metaltec is a manufacturer of high and low-carbon steel abrasive products. The company’s products, steel shot and steel grit, are utilized for cleaning and surface preparation in automotive, infrastructure, and diverse industrial applications. Lorentzen together with co-investors acquired Metaltec in 2022.

Zero6 Clean Energy Assets, Inc is a specialized company focused on the acquisition and ownership of clean energy assets, including wind, solar, small hydro, combined heat and power, and energy storage solutions. Lorentzen and co-investors invested to help finance a loan to a portfolio of hydro power assets located in Wisconsin.
